Shipping & Delivery Information
At The Rooters Store, we aim to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Since our products are shipped directly from our UK warehouse, the delivery timeline is slightly longer than domestic shipping.
Delivery
Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time
Estimated Delivery Time: You will typically receive your order within 15–20 working days from the date it is placed.
Processing Time: It normally takes 3–4 working days to process and prepare your order before dispatch. (This does not include weekends or holidays.)
Shipping Time: Once dispatched, it usually takes 12–16 working days for your order to travel from our UK warehouse to your delivery address in India. (This may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.)
Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, our team will contact you immediately. You may choose to wait until the product is restocked or cancel your order with no additional charges.

Shipping times commence from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order.

Returns
Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
